Halicryptus spinulosus

Description:
Body 20-30 mm long; mouth surrounded by a ring of 5 main teeth plus some smaller ones. Introvert 1/10 to 1/12 of total body length and bears 25 longitudinal ribs; rest of body marked by about 100 rings, covered with small spines.

Habitat:
In mud between depths of 4 to 200 m.

Distribution:
Scandinavia.
